If you're not receiving Tinify's emails, please do the following:

  • Please check your email directly through the email provider's page, and not through a mail reader (e.g. Outlook) or a mobile device.
  • Check your spam/junk folder(s) to see if the emails have been flagged as spam.
  • Add "support@tinify.com" as a trusted sender. This should stop any anti-spam rules from incorrectly marking the email as spam.
  • If you are using Office 365 then it could be that the emails are being sent to quarantine. The administrator of your team can use this link to see if that is the case: https://protection.office.com/quarantine.
